We're excited today here in the Bread Basket! We have so much to celebrate!!!

We are kicking off the NEW YEAR with the release of three new sets, perfect for Baptisms, Confirmation, and New Baby cards! Three blessed hoppers will be chosen randomly to receive One Set of THEIR CHOICE!

All you have to do to be eligible to win is:
  • Complete the hop, leaving comments on each blog and returning here to tell us you have visited each blog and left a comment.
  • Answer the question: What was your favorite Set and Why?
  • Do this by Monday, Jan. 4 at 8PM EST.
  • Check back on this post on Thursday, Jan. 7 to see who the THREE winners are!!!
Yes, you read that right!  THREE Blessed Hoppers will be randomly chosen to receive ONE SET OF THEIR CHOICE!!!  So why not let the guys watch the game... grab a cup of coffee or tea, and come to the hop with us!

Here is the list of Bread Basket Members who will be participating in the Blog Hop.  If you find missing links, simply check back here for the next person in the list and mention in your comment that you were not able to get that person's post.  This is meant to be FUN FOR ALL.... Happy New Year.. I have been to every ones blogs, and what beautiful cards these ladies have done. All of these stamps are fabulous, but it would have to be Baptism and confirmation, for me it is the most versatile, I can use this for the inside as well as a main image.

Have been to all the blogs and have to say it would be hard to pick a favorite. I like the sentiment set the best I think. What a great way to start the new year!

These cards are all truly amazing. What talent these team members have. I would say the Baptism and Confirmation verses would be my favorite. After seeing the cards of these ladies, it gives me a lot of inspiration and ideas to want to make my own. Keep up the great work ladies. You all need to be congratulated.

I have been to all the blogs & left comments. Which is my favorite stamp set? Wow, after looking at all the cards on the hop and going back & looking at the sets it was a very hard decision because they are "all" favorites but if I had to choose it would be Noah's ark. Why? because it just brings a smile to my face and reminds me of God's greatness & mercy to Noah, his family & the promise he made using the rainbow.

Vickie Kertz said...

I just finished the wonderful blog hop. It was great. My favorite set was the Noah's Ark. There was some great coloring along the hop. Thanks for sharing

Wahoooo - I played along!!! Awesome samples ladies!!!

I truly love all the sets!!! Each set states a wonderful purpose...the birth of a new little baby, the promise to be a child of God and then the matching Bible Verses!!! How could I choose - LOL!!!

Happy New Year to all of you!!! Hugs ~S~

After visiting all the blogs I can't believe how many different ideas for just a few stamps. They were all so pretty. Even the Noah's ark looks so different. Can't wait to order my own sets...perfect for Easter. Thank you so much I never would have come up with this many ideas on my own!!

I am so excited to hear about all of these wonderful things happening over on ODB. The challenges will be so fun to take part in. I only have 2 sets so far from ODB, but I have lots of them on my wish list. I really liked the cross on the confirmation set and I think this would be a wonderful set in order to make those special cards for a most special time in an individual's life. The pivotal one for anyone.
This DT is I want to say yet again, one of the finest out there and what beautiful work comes from their faithful and loving hands. May God richly bless the efforts of ODB to give us spiritual food in the form of rubber!!! Stampin' the good news is a wonderful way to spread it!!!!

Happy New Year to everyone.

The Noah's Ark set is just super sweet.

Thank you for all the wonderful inspiration on this blog hop.

Patter Cross said...

Wow, gorgeous creations by all of the team members! Love the Confirmation set! It can be used in so many different ways, and the team had amazing inspiration. Two of my girls just completed confirmation in December. This would have been a perfect set. :)

peggysue said...

All three sets were showcased so delightfully by the design team, it makes it hard to choose just one . . .but since you're insisting, :) I would say the Noah's Ark, the animals are so darn cute and the DT members used so many shades of color for it that I wouldn't normally have tried.

Kim P said...

Wow...what a fun way to start 2010!!

Asking me which ODBD set in ANY new release is my favorite is like asking which do I like better...chocolate or chocolate!!

Havingg said that, I will go with Noah's Ark. I am the Exec. Director of a pro-life pregnancy ministry. Babies are always a blessing from God...and I would love to make baby cards with this! I also read all of those wonderful books as a teen (ALL Creatures...) Yep...that makes Noah's Ark my favorite...this month! *wink*

Lori said...

A very enjoyable and inspirational hop! I was able to comment on everyone's blog. My favorite set is the Confirmation set. My "girls" will be confirmed this year. Meaning I want to make a special card and gift for my daughter and 5 other special ladies.

Happy New Year! Congrats on SCS too! What a blessing that is for all!

Beautiful new sets you released today! I adore them all but REALLY love the Confirmation set. Beautiful images.

I did do the whole hop (so inspiring!). I left comments on the ones that my computer would allow... I have been having issues with it lately. I was unable to leave comments for Grace (her stunning frame!), Dawn (her beautiful wall hanging and Sabrina (I wasn't able to see an image).

You girls are wonderful and inspire us all. So happy to have a new forum to visit over at SCS :)

Thanks for the hop! Way to start off the New Year!

I must say that each designer, without exception, did a wonderful job displaying these two sets! My favorite is the Baptism set because it can be used in so many ways and is stunning in the presentation! Thanks for the opportunity to participate and possibly win...blessing in the New Year!

I really am having a hard time deciding which one I like best!! But if I HAVE to choose, I would go with the Baptism and Confirmation set. I have very few Scripture stamps :-( and I could really use this set in so many ways!! Inside and outside of my cards! I don't want to covet, but I would love to win!!
BTW, the inspiration on this hop is absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much ladies, I know the time it takes to create such incredibly beautiful cards and framed art work! Well done!

Finished the whole blog hop - what amazing designers. I couldn't post a comment on Sandee, Chris, or Angella's blog but loved the cards. Loved how Angella used dew drops in the dome. It's hard to pick a favorite set from the new release, but I think it's Noah's Ark although I love the Confirmation/Baptism verses a lot too. Wouldn't mind winning either one.

What a fabulous Blog Hop and what gorgeous creations - I did as you suggested Grace and sat with a coffee enjoying being thoroughly blessed by the 'works of the heart' that the DT have created! My favourite set is the Baptisim and Confirmation Set - I love the Cross and the Dove - how symbolic they are of our faith - perfect and so veristile! Mind you all of the sets are gorgeous! Thanks you for having this Blog Hop and allowing us to play for a set - this has truly been a 'Smorgesborg for the Eyes' Thank you Kelley for being so inspired and for daring to share your heart with us - what a blessing!!
God bless you all!

Every step on the blog hop was such a treat. I got new ideas to use some of my crafty Christmas presents. And so inspired by the fantastic work! Thank you everyone. Blessings in 2010!
How to select a fav? Oh my! I thought all 3 were great. Noah's Ark, so cute and the Verses wonderful. But if I have to select just one, I'd choose Confirmation because it just spoke to my heart.

Luanne said...

Wow, what fun the hop was. I loved all the creations the team came up with. I have the velvet papers some of the design team used on my wish list. My favorite set has to be Noah's Ark, as I love to watercolor, and I'm just getting into using copics. I seem to make a lot of baby cards, and Noah is especially great for a baby boy card. The designers creations with this set are fabulous, with lots of different applications. Congratulations on being a Member Company at SCS. I look forward to your challenges too! Happy Blessings for the New Year!!

I've travelled the circuit, left comments at each stop along the way, and have FINALLY determined my favorite. The sheer whimsy of the creatures on Noah's Ark just draw me in! I can't help but smile and can only imagine the smiles that would be generated if I sent cards or made wall art with it.

What a fantastic way to spend the first day, the first week, of the new decade -theteam members created some fantastic designs! I left comments with all stampers, but not always with the same name. On various sites I could sign the following ways: nanmoo / Nancy Moorefield / anonomous. I loved the Noah's Ark set, but would have to say I will probably buy 1st the one with verses. I need verses to make my husbands 120+ cards he sends annually to his Deacon Ministry team.

And pick one set as my favorite? Impossible! I change my mind everytime I see a different set! I love all your designs! And Ilove getting my ODBD in my emails. But if I had to pick just one it would be the Baptism & confirmation set, but that is only for right this second, cuz it will change in a minute! They are all so nice!

My favorite set is the confirmation verses. I love the Word of God and find it very beautiful, so anytime it is featured in a stamp set, that set is always my favorite. My second favorite set was the Noah' Ark. It is very cute.

I made it through all the blogs and what a joy it was! So glad I got up a little early today to have time!
I love all the sets, but for me personally, I would choose the Confirmation set as that is the age my children are hitting and I can see myself using the main image for so many other things. Knowing me though, I really want them all! We are starting a card ministry at church, so I may just need to donate these to the mission!
Thank you for a fun time!

WOW this hop was just amazing and super inspiring! The DT rocked this challenge. I just love all the new sets, but I am goint to say my favorite is the Confirmation, cuz of the doves and cross, then the Noah's Ark, and of course the Verses. I tried 8 times to try to leave a message on Julie's blog, but they think my comment was a SPAM. Julie's card was just beautiful and so inspiring. Thanks so much for all the inspiration to start my year off and the chance at this sweeeet celebration candy too!
Also I wanted to say congrats on having a forum on SCS!

After seeing the work everyone has done with the 3 stamp sets, my favorite is the Noah's Ark. The versatility of events this can be used for is not as limited as the others.
I love how the bubble dome was used.
Each person that used it had a completely different composite.
I can see where Noahs's Ark would give to more creative inspiration for me.

Thank you and have a happy New Year!

I am debating with myself. My favorite set is Noah's Ark because of the cute animals looking out the windows and using a globe with the Ark is just so darn cute.

On the other hand, the verse set would be used most often.

I hope all of you have a wonderful New Year.

I love all the verses, but I have to stick with my all time favorite Noah's Ark. I adore the animals, the big boat and the chuckles I get when my life gets chaotic...just imagine what Noah's wife dealt with! LOL! Thank you for an enjoyable tour! God Bless You all!

Well I have been to all the blogs and the design team ladies have done outstanding work on these gorgeous cards with the new sets!!!
I think my favorite one is the Noah's Ark set. Why? Because the story itself is such a great example of faith and promises kept. Also I've always been a huge animal lover and the idea of living in this one space with them all is amazing to me.

Hello and Happy New Year!

Well, I spent 11 hours looking through all of the women's blogs on the list. It was amazing! I am a new stamper and never would have thought to use lace, domes, charms, stickles, velvet, and so many other items with a stamp. (Now I will :) Thank you All.

I saw such elegance with the use of verses...beautiful.

As I said in more than one blog, I would really be blessed to win the Noah's Ark stamp. 1.) I could use it for my grandchildren themselves,2.) for my youngest grandson's birthday invitations, 3.)at Children's Sunday School I could stamp a paper for each of the children. As I tell about Noah and his ark, the children could color that part of the stamp! If I tell about the rains flooding...they would color to the best of their ability, the waves. If I was telling of the symbolism of the rainbow and God's promise to us...they would love to color their rainbow. The animals? You get the jist. 4.) I would send a printed copy of how I told the "story" to the children, and how they filled in this page with crayons. 5.) I would ask the parents to reinforce the story the same way at home, having the children point to the part of their colored in stamp at home.
6.) Finally, the parents would listen to the "story" as the children tell them it and point to the pictures. All from your new Noah's Ark Stamp!

7.) A BIGGIE to me! Most of my family is still Jewish. I was saved by the grace of my Lord Jesus Christ. Sadly, they still only believe in the Old Testament. Beautiful as it is, WE know there is much, much more. They will not accept cards with Christian symbols or verses, at least they would accept Noah's Ark on their cards.

8.)I would also really love to own this tamp because I do not have any stamps for children yet.

You new Noah's Ark Stamp would be a perfect beginning into my ODB stamps. Thank you for your consideration!

He IS Able!

I loved all the cards on the blog train! So many stunning designs.

My favourite set would also be the Noah's ark set, because it is so versatile and cute!

I do wish you had been more inclusive of all the Christian faith's however and been aware that not all faith communities share infant baptism and confirmation. It would have been nice to see stamps for baby dedications and profession of faith and the likes. I would have had a hard time choosing between the Noah's ark and Confirmation set... in my situation all the stamps in the baptism set would get a lot of use. I always find it difficult when I don't have the matching stamp in the coordinating font. I'd gladly pay extra for a set to know it comes with the sentiment I wish to use as well as those I won't.

Thanks for your generosity in offering these prizes, I have not seen these stamps before. I love these great Christian designs which are hard to find, and I'm always looking for more ways to share my faith through my crafts.

I have hopped and seen such amazing cards and wall hangings. I love all three stamp designs.
About the time I would decide which was my favorite** I would hop and then...I would have a new favorite. NOT FAIR! NOT FAIR! Deb's - Confirmation-Gorgeous
Angella's - Norh's Ark-Wonderful
Dawn's - Noah's Ark-Awesome
Becca's - Confirmation & Verse-Fanstatic
Sabrina's - Confirmation & Verse-Beautiful
I have only named a few. ALL of the Designers creations were GREAT.
All my grandbabies(14) are 4 months(1st tooth-Christmas day)old - 11 years old. Soooo maybe I would use Noah's Ark the most. It makes me smile, and it reminds me of how much God loves us, there is a rainbow after the rain.
