What a lovely journey this morning along the breadstick path! What beautiful samples: I'm thankful you didn't ask us to pick a favorite. . .picking a favorite dessert is easy compared to that! Speaking of which, my fave Thanksgiving dessert is pumpkin pie crisp (pumpkin filling, yellow cake mix, pecans and butter!) May you have a blessed Thanksgiving as we remember the one from Whom all blessings flow! Jan E. or Janaria

Just finished the blog hop - what fun!! Now I want to make cards :) Okay my fav dessert is "pumpkin walnut cheesecake" Thanks for the fun!!

Linda said...

I can't believe how fun you make these blog hops. I've not completed all of them due to schedules but when I can I thoroughly enjoy them. Even if I don't win, getting to see all the fabulous design team creations is worth the effort. I feel like I've visited a friend with each stop. It's so neat that we can pray and rejoice with one another without ever meeting.
Yes, I completed the hop, leaving a message for each.
And now to answer the question, I'm not very original, but would have to say pumpkin pie with whipped topping is my favorite, simply because it's the only time of year I make it.
Thanks again and God's blessing upon Kelley and the DT for their efforts to keep us stampers supplied with tools and ideas.

This is a fabulous hop! As a Christian who loves to make cards... I would love to have many of the stamp sets from our daily bread! Maybe for Christmas. I was able to follow everyone on the hop just fine and leave comments on all of the posts. I did not even get lost once!:) My favorite dessert is really easy... homemade apple pie with a crumble crust... made by either my mom or myself. Lots of desserts are great and are tasty but that is my favorite. THank you for hoasting this hop and creating such amazing stamps!

Pat said...

What a joy to follow every posting on this blog hop -- everyone of the gals did such a fabulous job. I visited each one and left them comments on their beautiful work. I just LOVE all of these new sets and the new coordinating die -- gotta haves!! I love many traditional holiday desserts, but my favorite has got to be a carrot pudding with a lemon hard sauce topper (a holdover from my childhood).

I completed my first blog hop. What a talented Design Team!! All of the cards were lovely. I had trouble leaving comments on Grace's and Betty's. I had to do anonymous. I couldn't find a place to leave comments on Angie's, Kathy's, Dawn's, Debi's and Randi's. If I had to pick a favorite Thanksgiving dessert, it would have to be Pecan Pie although pumpkin would be the runner up. Thanks ODB for a great Blog.

The blog hop is now complete, my mind is racing and now you want to know about my favorite desserts? lol

My favorite holiday dessert whether it is Thanksgiving, Christmas or whatever holiday is definitely pumpkin pie. The scent of pumpkin and the spices just scream celebration and the feeling of home and togetherness.

I've left notes on each blog member's site, and it was so fun! All beautiful, wonderful projects! It's getting me in the spirit!

My mother was an awesome baker, and she would make the best cinnamon rolls for breakfast. All warm, and moist, dripping with buttery brown sugar! Her pies were the best too! I loved her pumpkin and pecan pies the best, with the awesome homemade crust. I can't get mine to come out like hers! Miss you, love you, Mother!

shellybob said...

Hi, completed the hop. What wonderful cards and ideas! We always have chocolate cream pie for dessert for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It's my favorite and the only time of year I make it.

JoAnne said...

I really loved this blog hop. I was disappointed I could not leave comments with each artist, I wanted to let them know how much they inspired me. It seems the blogs that we just scrolled down to the bottom to leave a comment would not recognize my google identity: Simply southern Sandee, Dawn...a new day, McStampin', Dusk til Dawn, Stamping to the Wright, Stamping Thyme and Twinkles Glow with Stamps. I really loved their work!
My favorite holiday dessert is a wonderful Cherry crisp that my late sister-in-law introduced to our family gatherings about 10 years ago. My niece continues the tradition and not only is it delectable but keeps Anita with us at every special event.

Dani said...

I believe I left comments in all blogs. With regard to dessert - generally our favorite is Shaum Torte but at Thanksgiving we generally have all three pies - pumpkin, apple and pecan. There will be only six of us but we all like different kinds. That's okay by me!!!!!! Thanks very much for the opportunity.

Debbie's World said...

Well, made the rounds and am I ever glad I did. The designers did a fabulous job. Now I have to go back and peruse the blogs to see how they handles some of the stamps I have. This was well worth my time, thanks for the trip.

Once again, I make both apple and pumpkin pies for the holidays and have a small slice of each.

What a wonderful hop! Than you ladies for the blessing of your inspiration ;) My favorite desert is pumpkin pie. It's a classic!

Janet S said...

YAY, I made it through the hop! Well, all except Julie's blog which would not open. I tried several times and several different ways. I would have loved to see her project. :( The designers on this team are UBER talented. :D As for my favorite Thanksgiving dessert, it has a story behind it. We live far from home and every Thanksgiving my brother-in-law and sister-in-law and kids would travel to see us. My mom would make me my favorite "Peanut Butter Cake" via my in-laws. Now they all live 4 hours apart so no more cake unless I try to make it. It just isn't the same. Thanks for the nice memory though. :D (and thanks for a chance to win a fab prize, too!)

Well, I missed the blog hop. Well at least in the suggested time frame. Every thing I looked at was a delight to behold. What a wonderfully talented group of designers hang out here! But anyhow. Pecan pie has always been a favorite of mine!

Fabulous hop! I have visited everyone's blog and was able to leave comments for all. One year, my mom made a candy bar pie for Thanksgiving. It was delicious, but even though I have hinted several times, she has never made it again. Maybe I will have to get the recipe from her and make it myself. : ) Coconut cream pie is my regular favorite Thanksgiving desert. yummmmm

Hi. I did the entire hop. I am not sure in Marcelle's comment "Took." I left comments for everyone. And, i have two favorite desserts (We have more than a dozen at Thanksgiving.) My great-grand-mother's double chocolate-whipped cream pie. And, we are not talking about cool-whip anything!

The other would be my late MIL's apple pie. She always put a lot of one ingredient in it...love!
I make the apple pie in memory of Mom.

And, my Mom, makes the Double Chocolate Whipped Cream Pie plus more!

He IS Able,
Traci S.

I completed this hop late. I know everyone goes through so much work to make this happen. I wanted to give everyone my comments. And, I love seeing this living museum of art. It is like a museum...seeing everyone's exciting art...one item after another!
