Urgent prayer request for Sandy!

If you have been a long time reader of my blog than you probably remember back in August 2008 my prayer request for my good friend, Sandy found HERE and HERE. Sandy had been diagnosed with liver cancer and underwent chemo, many healing services and changed to a totally organic diet.  On New Years Eve of that year we celebrated with Sandy and her family that she had been declared cancer free!

For 2 years Sandy lived a very happy and healthy lifestyle. I could just see all the happiness and love of life in her face whenever we were together.  She became an expert at healthy eating, exercising and had many times told me she had never felt better in her whole life!

Sadly, Sandy's cancer has returned and the chemo and other alternative medicines are not working as well for her this time. I ask that you join my husband, Rick and I in praying for Sandy...to cure her as only God can.  Please also pray for her husband, Steve, son Scott and daughter Jamie.

“With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
Matthew 19:26

Many people like to have a photo of the person they are praying for. Sandy has always been such a beautiful women! This photo was taken on a family cruise vacation.

Thank you so much for your prayers!

I will pray for Sandy!! The Lord has carved a path for her and I know He will lead her where she is needed. It may not always be what we want or expect, but have faith in our Lord the He has wrapped his healing arms around Sandy...whatever that "healing" may be in His eyes.

Going 'boldly before the throne' on behalf of Sandy and her family! Thank you Jesus for making the way clear and for taking the stripes by which we are healed.

Without a doubt I will lift Sandy and her family up in prayer. "All things are possible through Christ" I have another friend I pray for everytime I drive by a certain place - when I visit ODBD (which is pretty regularly) I will remember to stop then too and say an additional prayer for Sandy.

Praying for Sandy, Kelley!! Illness, especially cancer, is hard to understand. Lor, could not have said it any better. God does have a plan for your dear friend whether it be healing here or in eternity. I am truly praying for you too. After recently losing my dear friend Ruby to cancer, I can relate to the pain you are going through. Big hugs!!

Praying for Sandy and her family. Cancer is such an ugly thing. I know that if it is His will, He will cure her cancer. Thank you for being such a positive force in Sandy's life and for bringing her to us all to hold up in prayer.
