Happy Wednesday, everyone! Each Wednesday we normally feature a card or project created by a customer, but this week we are switching it up a bit! Many of you may have seen this fabulous double Tri-Shutter Card project by Suzanne during our January New Release Blog Hop.....it was also a team favorite, so we are giving Suzanne some extra love and kudos for "Design Team Project of the Week"! I'm sure it was quite a challenge not only to create this beautiful heritage masterpiece, but photographing it was a bit tricky as well! Please click on the photos for a close-up view. (For extra views, check out Suzanne's post here.)
What is so captivating about this project is how she combined some fantastic family heritage photos and used many different stamps by Our Daily Bread designs. If you all have wondered just how to incorporate stamping with scrapbooking, this is a perfect example of both worlds!
Here is a list of the stamps (and cutting die)which were incorporated in this work of art: "2-Step Butterflies" stamps cut out with the custom "Butterfly 2 Die", "Grunge Butterfly Background", "Faith" set, "Simple Things" set, and "God's Love" set.....wow, what a combination!!!!
Sue is one amazingly talented lady, that's for sure! We are blessed that she is part of the Our Daily Bread designs team!! To see more of her gorgeous creations, please visit Sue's blog, Suzanne's Stamping Spot, or her Splitcoast gallery, stampersuzz. Please leave some love if you stop by!
During the blog hop this week, many had requested instructions from Sue on how to make the Tri-Shutter Card.....please visit this Techniques, Tutorials, and Tips post on the ODBD blog, for basic instructions, then double it up if you wish, like Sue did for this project.
Thanks for stopping by for a visit today! Stay tuned tomorrow for a new Stamping In Time: On Assignment Challenge!
