Easter Banner Tutorial

Hello and Happy Easter to you! I hope you had a lovely day surrounded by your family and friends!  What a blessed day it is today! He is Risen!!


Today we have a lovely project to share with you that was designed by Paula Bigelow. It is a shabby chic Easter Banner created with various ODBD dies, stamps and designer paper pads.  Be sure to stop by Paula's BLOG for a video and further instructions on competing this project.
