Jami Bova...card of the day!!
Although Jami Bova always makes the most colorful cards it is this card that I really love for its simplistic beauty. In all white it is so striking! The verse is from the Lord is my Shepherd set. You can read more about it HERE!
Dina Kowal...card of the day!!
I just love this card that Dina Kowal created this week. All the browns combined with the desinger paper are so earthy and pretty together! I like how the Joy to the World image is right in the middle and great focal point for the card! Check out Dina's blog for more beautiful Joy to the World cards!

Becca Feeken...card of the day!!
Becca made this fantastic card using the Psalm 23 single stamp. I love the way she sponged all the edges in brown. It just softens the look of the card so beautifully. Becca has such a skill for choosing just the right designer papers that coordinate together so wonderfully! You can read more about this card HERE!

Update on my friend Sandy!
Many of my blog readers have asked how my friend Sandy is doing so I thought an update was in order! If you recall, I blogged about Sandy HERE and HERE about her being diagnosed with liver cancer and her battle to overcome it!
Sandy has has 4 rounds of Chemo and last Friday she had a cat scan on the liver to assess how well her treatments are working. Her results came back and yesterday she and Steve met with her doctor. I am so pleased to report that the tumors have shrunk considerably! Her liver enzymes were normal, which is an excellent sign! Sandy still needs 2 more chemo treatments than she will have test performed to see if the tumors have dead cells or living cells still in them. She may always have the tumors but as long as the cells are dead it sounds positive! Thank God for this wonderful news!! She is being referred to a specialist at Ohio State to see what the next part of treatment will be for her.
All along Sandy has put her faith in God and has attended healing masses. She will continue to attend the healing sessions as her whole family has enjoyed them tremendously!
Sandy has always been healthy and ate organic foods but has now made the switch to go as totally organic as possible. She continues her vitamin and exercise regimen.
Last Friday we went out to Bahama Breezes for dinner with our daughters, Summer and Jamie. It was really nice just the four of us! Here we are:
Sandy is the pretty lady on the left. Doesn't she look fabulous and healthy? Her daughter, Jamie, Summer's best friend, is in front of her. I am on the right with Summer.
I want to thank everybody, from the bottom of my heart, for all the cards and prayers you have sent to Sandy! She has been so touched that complete strangers have been so kind and generous! Please continue to pray for her as this is not over yet!!

Angie Zublionis...card of the day!!
Angie Zublionis lives in North Carolina with her husband, Andrew, and their kitties. She teaches preschool during the day, stamps at night and is a photographer by weekend! Her blog, Quacking Creations, and her SCS gallery, Duckwaddlequack, are 2 places I am sure you'll want to visit soon!
I LOVE this project Angie made with the Footprints in the Sand set. She wanted to use this frame to give it a more beachy feel. It is colored so beautifully, don't you think?

A card and gift for Ali Schmidlin!!
Last week I posted a request to please pray for Urs and Laurie Schmidlin's daughter, Ali, who was diagnosed last week with a brain tumor. They have gone to a hospital in Seattle this week to consult with the doctors about performing a biopsy to see if it is cancerous!
Please pray for Ali that the tumor is benign and that she returns to good health. Ali is 12 years old, is a cardmaker and her favorite colors are bright pink and gable green!! If you would like to send a card the address to the Ronald McDonald house is:
Alison Schmidlin
5130 40th Ave NE
Seattle, WA 98105
More information and updates are available at the SCS thread found HERE.
I wanted to send Ali a card so I went with her colors and the Floursished Christian Symbols set. The adhesive dispenser is a gift I will mail to her also.
The layout I chose was from a card from Becca Feeken's gallery. Becca was the SCS Featured Stamper and this is the card I chose to make.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!
God doesn't require us to succeed; he only requires that you try.

New Design Team member....Sita Mahadeo!!
Sita Mahadeo has joined the design team and I know you will see why I love her work!! Her choices and combination of colors is very fresh and energetic! Sita's use of layering and embellishments makes for some beautifully detailed cards. Sewing and pearls are also a common factor on many of her creations!
Sita lives in Japan with her husband and 2 little girls. They have been stationed there for 6 years and hope to be able to return next year sometime to South Carolina.
Although Sita does not have a blog yet, you can view her SCS gallery and ODBD gallery to see all her cards and for those great close ups!
I want to share this card of Sita's today as it is my favorite!!

New Design Team member...Lorelie Kim!
I am so thrilled to announe that Lorelie Kim has decided to stay on as a permanent member of the ODBD Design Team! She has been guest designing and doing such a fantastic job! Lorelie has made so many cards already! I had my first stamp show recently and Lorelie was so kind as to help me out by making extra cards to send to me for my display boards! Isn't that so sweet of her?
I would like to request some prayers for Lorelie and her family. Her father in law is very sick and in the final stages of lymphoma cancer and as you can imagine, it is very hard on the family. Daniel Sr. is like a father to Lorelie. I just ask God to help Lorelie, her husband, Danny, and their 2 boys, with their sadness, grief and to give them strength!
You can check out Lorelie's blog, SCS gallery, and her ODBD gallery to see all her awesome cards and projects! If I had to pick my favorite card from Lorelie, I would not be able to do it, but this one would be at the top of my list!

November New Releases!
The November new releases are now available! I hope you have visited the Card Gallery and have seen all the new cards my design team has been making!!
Be sure to check out all the new designer paper by Flair Designs..they are gorgeous! I also have some new papers by Be Blessed Scrapbooking.
I am now carrying the Glue Glider Pro tape dispensers and the adhesive disposable cartridges. They are similiar to a 3M ATG gun but much smaller and easier to handle..and much cuter!
Paper Piercing has been becoming quite popular and I have seen many cards using the Ornare piercing and embossing templates. I am carrying an assortment of the templates, as well as some piercing and embossing tools and pads. The pad is a large size, 6" x 8.5", and is large enough to fit your whole card onto!
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a safe and blessed week!
