Customer Project of the Day - Nancy Dawes!

Well, it's that time again....time to show off another beautiful creation for Our Daily Bread designs' Customer Card of the Day....only this time it's an amazingly decorated card box instead of a card! It's so awesome to see ODBD stamps used not only for cards, but on layouts, gifts, altered items, and much more!

This gorgeous box was created by Nancy Dawes....yay, Nancy!!! I fell in love with this box instantly.....lots of wow factor going on here! Of course the scripture verse from "Scripture Collection 3" caught my eye, along with the "Brocade Borders" stamp which was cut out with the custom "Brocade Borders Die Set". The gorgeous designer paper, Prima Pearls, Spellbinders Fancy Tags used as flourishes, and beautiful ribbon really complete this project perfectly!

To see more beautiful designs from Nancy, please stop by her brand new blog, Crafting Passions, or her Splitcoast gallery, ndawes. I'm sure she would love to hear from you!

Product Review - 6 x 6 Designer Paper Pads!

Seems like just yesterday when card-makers everywhere discovered how beautiful scrapbook paper looked on their cards.....much easier to pretty up a card than using fancy techniques and stamped backgrounds. Though scrapbook paper has been the rave for a while, many companies are now coming out with the same beautiful designs but with scaled down patterns into 6"x 6" pads.....perfect for cards, chipboard albums, smaller scrapbooks, and much more.

Our Daily Bread designs now carries 6 x 6 pads by four different prominent companies in the paper-crafting industry:
SEI offers many beautiful designs full of pearly, glittery, or foiled images, and gorgeous, vibrant colors;
Bo Bunny.....their papers are as fun as their name......lots of super fun patterns and colors;
Basic Grey is always a crowd pleaser, with beautiful, rich colors and patterns no matter what season;
Memory Box papers have an artistic feel with a mixture of nature, beautiful patterns, and a wide range of gorgeous colors.

For my sample today, I have used "With All My Heart" from SEI. Though this pad has lots of fun Valentine patterns and colors, I fell in love with the pearly pink flowers and just HAD to use it first! The sentiment is from "Faith - the Full of Grace Collection", new this month from Our Daily Bread designs. The card base and layers were cut with some of the new jumbo Spellbinder dies, Grand Labels One (cut out in the Spellbinders Grand Calibur die-cut machine). The sentiment panel was cut with Spellbinders Labels Four dies. The crocheted ribbon is by May Arts and the pearls and roses are by Zva Creative.

Now for some good news......are you ready?! All 6 x 6 paper pads by SEI, Bo Bunny, Basic Grey, and Memory Box are the Super Special Sale item this week at Our Daily Bread designs.....15% off until Saturday, January 29, midnight EST (sale price will be reflected in your shopping cart.) If you are looking for "Love" themed paper, there are four different pads available right now......happy shopping!!!!

Thanks for stopping by today! Come on back tomorrow for week four of our new Let Your Light Shine Scrapbook Challenge.....all participants have a chance to win a $25.00 Gift Certificate toward ODBD stamps....how exciting is that?! Good luck!

Many blessings to you,

Who wants to see a Sneak Peak?

Have you been following the Spellbinders To DIE For!! Winter Release Blog Frenzy over on the Spellbinder Blog? They have been teasing and WOWing us with all the new dies! The Spellbinders Design Team (including our own Becca Feeken) have been creating a ton of amazing projects!

If you remember, back in December, in this post, we told you that we had been chosen by Spellbinders to be a Preferred Stamp Partner company! One of the benefits of this partnership is we were able to have a sneak peak at some of the new dies that will be debuting at CHA next week.

I wanted to share with you today a few of our Sneak Peak stamp sets that were designed to coordinate with some of the new dies that will start shipping sometime in March!

Spellbinders is known for their gorgeous labels and I have fallen in love with this set of dies and also with the stamp set that Dawn Lusk has created to coordinate with the dies!

Up next is this very cute tag set called Ribbon Tags Trio Two.  Lorelie Kim has designed an awesome swirly/scrolly stamp set that is just beautiful.  I know we all need this for those little sentiment stamps that need a little dressing up!!

We started a new Scrapbook Team at the start of this year (check out the Let Your Light Shine Scrapbook Challenge here) and the Breadsticks asked for a few larger stamps for their scrapbook layouts.  Well, who doesn't love flowers? This set will be available in a larger scrapbook size and a smaller card sized set.

We will continue to provide you with not only a wide variety of scripture stamps but with beautiful images and coordinating design/label/die combos! If you have any suggestions or ideas please email me at kelley@ourdailybreaddesigns.com!

Take care and may God's blessings be with you!
