Fond Farewells and New Additions

As another Design Term comes to an end here at Our Daily Bread Designs, we would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Jan Marie Ennenga who has served on our Challenge Team for the past two years and Tosha Leyendekker who has served on our Alumni Team for the past year and a half.  Both Jan and Tosha will be missed here in the "Bread Basket" and we wish them all the best!

Starting in January, we are excited to have the following designers joining the Bread Basket:

Joining the Design Team:

Stacy Morgan is blessed with the best Godly husband and wonderful twin boys. These three men are the love of her life and a blessing beyond words. When she is not taking care of them or spending time with them, she is creating with paper and ink. Stacy has been stamping and creating for 12 years and loves every minute. The start of her addiction came when she was invited to a home party and said she would just buy one thing to be polite, not ever having any intention of buying another thing. One thing led to another and well, you know the rest. Stacy has a designated room in her house for her hobby. Her stamping style is very clean and crisp keeping to a minimalist form. Stacy enjoys making gift sets, encouraging cards and 3D projects.  Stamping is fun and relaxing for Stacy and about the only girlie thing in a house full of men. Stacy is honored to be part of the Bread Basket at Our Daily Bread Designs.

Joining the Challenge Team:

Linda Carson lives in Arkansas with Randall, her husband of 22 years.  They have two dogs, Lizzie and Sammie.  Linda has crafted everything from needlework, ceramics and scrapbooking but discovered a passion for stamping over 10 years ago.  Linda's style leans towards bold colors, and she loves card challenges.

Linda is excited and blessed to represent ODBD on the Challenge Team, and hopes to inspire you each week.

Elizabeth Whisson, also known in the stamping community as Alshandra, lives on the south western coast of Australia with her husband and two little girls. Elizabeth has always been a crafty person, however, she did not really get serious about cardmaking until August 2012. Elizabeth works part time and tries to fit in cardmaking whenever she can. Her other hobbies include photography (especially sports and flowers), cooking and music (piano and flute).

Joining the Alumni Team:

Wanda Cullen is happy to be back in the bread basket - this time as a member of the Alumni Team!  Wanda was born and raised in a small town in northeastern Ohio, attended college and earned her BS degree in nursing in VA. She met her husband in college and has been living in VA ever since.  Wanda currently works full-time as an RN staff nurse in Student Health along with being the center's employee health nurse. Wanda and her husband are empty nesters after raising two sons who are both married and a daughter who is finishing up her nurse's training with only one semester remaining.

Wanda's stamping passion began in 1997 after attending a home party which led to membership in a monthly stamp club for a number of years where she basically just CASEd cards that the demo presented. Soon she discovered the Splitcoaststampers community and began participating regularly in their challenges and this is what really sparked her creativity. In 2011, she had the honor of being chosen for the SCS Dirty Dozen team - serving her term along side ODBD DT member - Audrey Hiltke.  Wanda has also served on various design teams in the past 3-4 years and then this year, met another milestone by being published in two different issues of a magazine.  Wanda enjoys sharing cards with others...especially those that are faith-based! Wanda looks forward to creating with ODBD products and hopes to be a blessing to others through this papercrafting ministry!

Please help us extend a heartfelt thank you to Jan Marie and Tosh and a warm welcome to Stacy, Linda, Elizabeth and Wanda!
